Documents that the debtor must prepare, in an officially prescribed format, and file with the bankruptcy court listing the debtor’s assets, contracts, leases, debts and other information relating to the debtor. The term “schedules” is often used inclusively to refer also to the debtor’s Statement of Financial Affairs, another document that the debtor must prepare and file in an officially prescribed format.
