Gadfly law professor who has enraged much of the bankruptcy bar and judiciary by contending that the competition among bankruptcy courts, especially the Delaware and New York courts, to attract large reorganization cases has corrupted the bankruptcy courts and led to unnecessary failures of reorganizing companies, and then further enraging the bankruptcy bar by vehemently attacking professionals’ fees in bankruptcy.
