Certain obligations that are not discharged, under Section 523 of the Code, even when a discharge is otherwise obtained by a debtor under another section of the Code. Examples include: certain taxes and customs duties; obligations owed for money, credit or property obtained by false pretenses or fraud; certain obligations that are not listed in the debtor’s schedules; obligations owed on account of fraud committed by the debtor while acting as a fiduciary; domestic support obligations; obligations for willful and malicious injury to another’s property; obligations owed for government-guaranteed student loans; and obligations owed for death or personal injury caused while operating a motor vehicle, aircraft or vessel while intoxicated.
