That period during which only the debtor may file a Chapter 11 plan. Initially 120 days from the date of the bankruptcy filing, it may be extended by bankruptcy court order up to 18 months from the date of the bankruptcy filing. When the exclusivity period expires, any party in interest may file a plan.
