Holder of a general unsecured claim arising from the provision of goods or services to the debtor (in contrast especially to an undersecured lender holding an unsecured deficiency claim).
Under BAPCA, trade creditors now hold administrative expense claims for the value of goods they deliver to a debtor in the ordinary course of the debtor’s business within 20 days before the commencement of the bankruptcy case.
