Reasonably Equivalent Value

One of the elements that the plaintiff must prove in a fraudulent transfer lawsuit. Determined by a bankruptcy judge who some suspect has a bias in favor of the bankruptcy estate and against the fraudulent transfer defendant, a judge who possesses perfect 20-20 hindsight and a second-guessing ability of truly heroic proportions.
